CHANELTHE 2018/19 MÉTIERS D’ART COLLECTION

Transcended by the mastery of the workshops at rue Cambon, transfigured by the infinite patience of the golden hands that contribute to the reputation of the crafts of the Chanel house, Kongo's multicolored canvases have become bewitching prints and instantly became the object of admiration of elegant women around the world.

But more importantly, canvases - some of which have never been unveiled - take forever a trace of an ephemeral encounter between two artists at the top. These paintings now form a collection.

In homage to the man who presided over his destiny, bears the name of a place that will forever be engraved as a precious hieroglyph in the heart of the artist: the Quai Voltaire collection.
